Work From Home {Fabulously} Tip 23: Self Care Tool Kit

What does Mary Poppins have to do with Self-care? I don’t recall her ever having a hair out of place, ’tis true, (practically perfect in every way!) but I think her self-care game went much deeper.

Mary Poppins was always known to carry her bag of magical (imaginative) tricks to inspire herself and children to tackle those less pleasurable seeming tasks. She was a self-care goddess!!

So much about Working From Home requires nudging yourself to do the things you know you need to be doing. By cultivating pleasure, flow, a “game” state around it, you can kick into a “magical” high gear without half realizing it.

Self Care, particularly anything sensual, reconnects us to our animal body, comforting us and calming us into better thinking, feeling,

When we combine these supercalifragilistic super powers of mental/emotional and physical self-care, we’re much more focused and alive.

All of this radiance splashes over onto our partners, families, and clients – and into our work. Everybody wins! And you live longer, healthier, and better looking. 😁
