While I love creating sacred space in my home: soft, inviting spaces where I feel held and nurtured… I’m thinking of the kind of sacred space that we can cultivate within.

As Saturn and Pluto have been coming together in the sign of Capricorn, setting up a pattern in our lives for the next 36 years, the biggest takeaway is cultivating sacred space deep within. It’s how people are remaining powerful and effective during these historic times of Covid quarantine.

One of the easiest ways to tap into our innermost wisdom is remembering that nothing is about us, personally. Really!

Every soul has their own path, their own process, their own purpose in this incarnation. Who knows what lessons they are learning right now? Better to give them some sacred space with a kind heart.

We can give everyone the benefit of the doubt, and a wide berth.  A lot of cooped up time can bring out the worst in everyone.  Each person will have moments when they will not be at their best.  It is important to move with grace through blowups, to not show up to every argument you are invited to, and to not hold grudges and continue disagreements.  We’re all doing the best they can to make it through this, even when it looks crazy.

Every time-honored spiritual tradition says to stay true to yourself. Stay tuned into your deepest wisdom. And every step will be revealed in perfect timing.
